For us professionals, having a WSET qualification is indispensable. In addition to developing international wine product knowledge, it allows us to increase sales and the ability to communicate to the customer with confidence.

Earning a qualification in Food & Beverage Management has enabled me to acquire the tools necessary for my professional growth and the development of a successful restaurant.

After completion of the WSET course, the hotel experienced a significant 11.9% increase in average bar spend. The guest experience has undoubtedly improved due to the staff's knowledge and enthusiasm for drinks.

Doing training is like keeping up with what is new in the industry, buying state-of-the-art equipment. It creates and increases a person's awareness of the work they do and the possibilities they have in being able to improve it. It stimulates enthusiasm in colleagues and definitely reduces the turnover rate in the company.

Wine School Italia was an important experience for the professional figure to which I aspire. The figure of the sommelier needs to be aware of the economic and marketing management of the company, through specific training courses.

Studying and being able to rub shoulders with professionals in the field helped me improve my skills and opened doors to new opportunities for my career. I acquired the skills necessary to become a successful manager.
