Wine School Italia is based in Florence and develops and provides courses for wine and food and beverage enthusiasts and professionals, training the wine managers and sommeliers of the future. WSET qualifications are recognized worldwide as the international standard in wine and spirits knowledge.
The Wine School Italia team offers a wide range of services alongside training, including guidance and consulting to wine trade and hospitality professionals who want to improve their performance or train their staff and management team, according to their specific business needs.
Wine School Italia collaborates not only with leading national and international wine industry professionals but also with WineJob.it and the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Florence to provide advanced training programs for wine export managers.
Our instructors are also available for those who require tutoring services to support their studies and successfully pass exams on wine and spirits.
Furthermore, thanks to the sponsorship and close collaboration with the Jerez Wine Regulatory Council, it is possible to obtain the Sherry Expert certification through the Sherry Academy Italia, under the guidance of a certified Sherry wine educator.

Gabriele has been a WSET graduate and Certified Educator since 2018. He is Head of Education of Wine School Italia. He has decades of experience in training and consultancy at an international level, collaborating with the largest catering groups, hotels and wineries.

Lucia Spadacini
Lucia is a Certified WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, a tour guide, and the technical director of the tourism agency at Wine School Italia. She holds a Master’s degree in Archaeology and is fully dedicated to winery hospitality and the development of the wine tours at Tuscany Uncorked.
